NOZOMI ISHIGURO Haute Couture Spring Summer 2011 is made out of sheer layered ruffles with some sequenced items, it's a harajuku collection as we used to see from his past designs, it's a niche market that only few in this world appreciate it, it's one of a kind that's for sure, and you need to have the eye to understand it.
